HBD me 2023 🥳

I am stoked to bring you all to Mayakoba… the Fisher Island of Mexico. We will be staying in Banyan Tree, one of four hotels in the property. The main purpose of this trip is to be together for the cumple, but also to be relaxing. The last time I came here, it was alone, and I knew I wanted to come back to just hang and be. There are few expectations on you all… I have one “focus activity” planned per day, and other than that please enjoy!!

Monday eve— everyone arrives, villa is available from 12p, sunset drinks / easy taco dinner in villa.

Tuesday— beach in day (maybe boat?), drinks and dinner at Rosewood Zapote (best bar in Mexico 2023).

Wednesday— beach in day, dinner at Saffron (Thai) in Banyan Tree.

Thursday— beach in day, dinner at Sotavento (Mediterranean) in the Andaz.

Friday— everyone leaves 😭, we have villa until 4p.

**Other cool bars are in property and we can check them out if we want after dinners as well…

The resort has a LOT of activies across 595 acres of natural canals and cenotes, trails, golf, etc. Read more about your options here. I do recommend the canal boat tour— it’s lovely way to see animals. Let’s take drinks and do it :)

Bicycles are provided, and people are always around to drive you anywhere in golf cars / SUVs around the property.

Additionally, there is even a (fake & charming) little town (“El Pueblito”) in the property to do souvenir shopping, take a cafe and an helado, or pray at the iglesia (seriously).

It is a chic spot, so pack some looks you feel confident in accordingly. We are in a 3 bedroom / 3 bath villa, with a kitchen, so you could bring food / sundry items, as well as a game or two in case of rain etc. I will being speaker for music. Suggest taking some alcohol from duty free for the house too, just for fun (rose / tequila).
